We are seeking a motivated and experienced IT Recruiter to join our team in Sydney. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of proven experience in IT recruitment, a strong understanding of the local talent market, and the ability to build lasting relationships with both candidates and clients.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for IT roles (software engineers, developers, system administrators, project managers, etc.).

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and team needs.

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of platforms and networks.

  • Maintain and grow a pipeline of qualified IT professionals in Sydney and across Australia.

  • Negotiate offers and manage candidate onboarding.

  • Provide market insights and recruitment strategies to support business growth.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and Australian employment regulations.

     

    Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of IT recruitment experience (agency or in-house).

  • Strong knowledge of Sydney’s IT job market and local talent pool.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.

  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek, etc.).

  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

  • Must be based in Sydney, Australia.
