IT Recruiter
We are seeking a motivated and experienced IT Recruiter to join our team in Sydney. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of proven experience in IT recruitment, a strong understanding of the local talent market, and the ability to build lasting relationships with both candidates and clients.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for IT roles (software engineers, developers, system administrators, project managers, etc.).
Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and team needs.
Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of platforms and networks.
Maintain and grow a pipeline of qualified IT professionals in Sydney and across Australia.
Negotiate offers and manage candidate onboarding.
Provide market insights and recruitment strategies to support business growth.
Ensure compliance with company policies and Australian employment regulations.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of IT recruitment experience (agency or in-house).
Strong knowledge of Sydney’s IT job market and local talent pool.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek, etc.).
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Must be based in Sydney, Australia.
