Microsoft Copilot Engineer 

We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Copilot Engineer to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing custom solutions within the Microsoft Copilot ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Custom Solution Development
  • Design, develop, and deploy custom applications and integrations within the Microsoft Copilot environment.
  • Collaborate with product managers and UX/UI designers to ensure implemented solutions align with business needs and user expectations.
• Database Queries & Data Management
  • Develop, optimize, and maintain complex SQL/NoSQL queries to support efficient data retrieval and storage.
  • Work on data modeling and ensure database performance meets the high standards required for real-time applications.
• Web Scraping & Data Aggregation
  • Build and maintain scalable web scraping pipelines using tools and libraries such as BeautifulSoup, Scrapy, or Selenium.
  • Extract, clean, and structure data from diverse online sources to integrate with Copilot applications.
• Document Extraction & Processing
  • Develop intelligent document extraction mechanisms using OCR, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and other technologies.
  • Process various document formats (PDFs, Word documents, images) to extract data for analysis and integration into automated workflows.
• Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
  • Work collaboratively with data science, IT, and other engineering teams to apply new insights and technologies.
  • Maintain documentation and code quality standards to ensure robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement within the team.

Required Qualifications

• Technical Expertise
  • Demonstrated experience in developing custom solutions in similar AI or automation environments.
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, C#, or JavaScript.
  • Solid background in crafting efficient database queries and data management, with experience in both relational and non-relational databases.
• Web Scraping & Document Processing Competencies
  • Hands-on experience with web scraping techniques and tools, with a clear understanding of handling dynamic web content.
  • Proven expertise in document extraction and processing methodologies using OCR and NLP frameworks.
• Analytical & Collaborative Skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for performance optimization and meticulous debugging.
  • Strong communication skills and a proven track record of collaborating effectively in team environments.
• Educational Background
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within AI/ML domains or on projects involving intelligent assistants like Microsoft Copilot.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience with DevOps practices.
