PeopleSoft HR Developer
We are seeking a highly experienced PeopleSoft HR Developer for a long-term engagement with a premier Federal Government client. This is a remote position, open to candidates based anywhere in the United States.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
15+ years of hands-on experience in PeopleSoft HCM development and architecture.
Must be a US Citizen and security clearance is mandatory.
Previous Federal Government/Public Sector experience is highly preferred.
This role requires a deep understanding of federal systems, security protocols, and compliance standards.
Key Roles & Responsibilities (aligned with USA market standards):
Analyze, design, code, test, debug, and implement complex PeopleSoft HCM applications (Core HR, Workforce Administration, Benefits Administration, Time & Labor, etc.).
Develop and maintain integrations between PeopleSoft and other federal systems using PeopleTools, Application Engine, Component Interface, Integration Broker, and web services.
Create and modify PeopleSoft reports using SQR, PS Query, XML Publisher, and BI Publisher.
Perform application upgrades, patches, and fixes, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Collaborate with functional analysts to translate business requirements into technical specifications and scalable solutions.
Ensure all development adheres to federal security mandates (NIST, FISMA) and best practices for data integrity and system performance.
Provide production support, troubleshoot complex issues, and perform root cause analysis.
Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
